Just the Two of Us

Together, these two will rock the world

OR

Hand in hand, they will burn it down

BECAUSE

They are my wild ones

STANDING

At opposite extremes

THEY LOVE EACH OTHER SOMETHING FIERCE

BUT THEY FIGHT EACH OTHER WITH SUCH WRATH TOO

And they miss the other when one is gone

And they don’t want to share

And they make sure the other has ice cream, too

And they push and shove

And they love

THEY LOVE.

sibling love

  1. yep same story here with my two oldest. one minute they are happily designing Minecraft worlds together (??? I don’t even know) and the next minute I have to save one of them from the other.
being an only child, it’s so disconcerting to me. You should be loving one another!!!
Hubby being 1 of 4, doesn’t even look up. LOL

    1. I only have a younger brother, but still, I’m pretty sure we weren’t this animated in our relationship… haha. I think it might be different with there just being the two of us, and we were in the Philippines where the social environment is completely different than America. You know what I mean? I just hope that ultimately, all of their “experiences” will lead to a strong, loving relationship with each other when they’re grown. I want them to always have one another. You know? 🙂

  2. Oh my, that has got to be the most adorable picture I’ve seen in a long time. I know two little guys that do the same thing. My two grandsons. They fight like cats and dogs, but when they get tired they’re all over each other. hahaha Everyone all at once awwwwwww Thank you for stopping by. As long as I’m here I shall follow all your social networks. Have a great day.

    1. Awwwwww indeed! Haha! Kids are totally cute that way. If only some of use adults can fight and love as simply as them, eh? 😉 And thanks for all the follow. I’ve been following you already! (Um…in a non-stalker way, of course.) 🙂

    1. Thank you. And I hope that will never be the case for my kids. I’m sorry about your kids. Maybe someday still, they will reconcile in some way and something will cause them to bond like never before. A parent can hope, right?
